When asked by a colleague why he would bother enduring a gruelling hike to the top of a mountain when the same view was accessible by driving up a service road, Spencer Sheinin didn’t have to think long about it.   His answer? “The view is always better when you hike”. 

While many entrepreneurs fantasize about owning a business free from challenges, the reality is that overcoming those challenges and obstacles is what makes success that much more rewarding. When you can look back on everything you have overcome to achieve your business goals, the satisfaction we experience is far greater because of everything we’ve had to overcome to get there.
